Add or update a card
Insurance → Add plan. Use your phone camera to capture front and back — we extract member ID and group number for you. Confirm and submit.
When coverage changes mid-year
Add the new plan and mark the effective date. We re-route any unsubmitted claims for visits on or after that date. Past claims stay with the original plan.
