Add a location for any physical site you bill from. Multiple locations let you scope provider availability and reporting per site.
Add a location
Establishment → Locations → New. Enter address, NPI (if it differs), POS code, and timezone. Associate the providers who work there.
When to use a department instead
If two suites share an address and NPI, use a department under the same location. Departments are for routing, not billing.
